Hey, all you beautiful coffee lovers. I hope you are all doing super well and have been enjoying the podcast episodes so far?
Today, I am so excited to bring you a new episode of the Home Barista Podcast and the third collab episode.
In this episode, I am joined by my good friend Jo the owner and founder of Chilled Out Coffee Roasters in Auckland, New Zealand. Jo has had a long and exciting career within the hospitality industry and there is no sign of him slowing down anytime soon.
From being a barista, a bartender, chef and sales rep and back to a barista. Jo is now running his own business and roasting his own coffee that was birthed during the very first COVID lockdown here in New Zealand.
This is a fantastic episode for those of you who are just starting out on your coffee roasting journey or thinking about getting into roasting. Jo shares many pearls of wisdom and lessons and opens up about the ups and downs of roasting during COVID and beyond.
I hope you enjoy the third collab episode here on the Home Barista Podcast. I would love to hear your thoughts and any feedback you have on today's episode and any of the past episodes by dropping me an email at thedrummingbarista@gmail.com or via a DM on Instagram at The Drumming Barista.
